Required Information – (a.) Government issued photo ID, (b.) Most recent pay stubs (or 1 year personal tax returns and two months bank statements), (c.) 3 years employment history, (d.) 3 years rental or residential history, (d.) All adults aged 18+ must apply individually with their own email address and pay a $50 application fee.
Common Reasons to be Declined – Incomplete application, pending or convicted eviction within the last 5 years, collections from landlords or utility companies, credit score below 600, insufficient income, unsatisfactory references, invalid contact information for references.
