Evan learned a hard work ethic and strong moral values growing up on the farm in Eastern Colorado. It wasn’t until after earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Kansas and a Masters Degree in Indiana that he finally settled down in Southern Oregon, where he met his beautiful wife Mandy, whom he married in 2015.

With Mandy’s extensive accounting experience, Evan learned everything he possibly could about landlording in order to rent out Mandy’s former residence and that was when their real estate endeavors began. Having immersed themselves into the world of real estate investing, Evan and Mandy were empathetic for landlords and real estate investors who were struggling to manage their rentals or having terrible experiences with big property management companies. That’s when they discovered that by combining small business customer service with state of the art technology, they could deliver a superior service to property owners and tenants alike. In 2017, Evan obtained his property management license and they started Integrity Property Management focusing on exceptional customer service, great communication and honesty in all endeavors.

In their free time Evan and Mandy love spending time with their daughter Lily, taking advantage of the many fantastic experiences Southern Oregon has to offer from community functions to the great outdoors, Oregon is a wonderful place to call home.
